Our supply of Norwegian seafood is caught and harvested in one of the most productive eco-system of the world. While we have been blessed with the most fantastic conditions for fisheries close to our coastline we are also proud of the fact that Norwegian fisheries have been managed prudently for decades. The sound and conservative management policies have ensured stable harvesting opportunities while the base stock of key fisheries such as Cod, Haddock and Saithe has gradually increased.

Contrary to many other stock management policies, or the lack thereof in other regions of the northern hemisphere, the Norwegian quota and stock management policy stands out as a success story.

Today it goes without saying that our annual catch in no way shall jeopardize the sustainability of our stock and the ability of future generations to harvest and generate value from our ocean of fish that is supplied to an ever-growing market around the world.

Seafood Partners only supply seafood caught in a sustainable and safe manner for the people directly involved in the fishing and for the long-term sustainability of the many communities in our country depending on these fisheries.

Seafood Partners also take the environmental impact of our business seriously and maximized the use of low sulphur emitting ship transports when available. Today, more than 50 % of our exports to Northern Europe is transported using environmentally friendly LNG fuelled vessels.
